Lynne Capie

I've led people and teams for over 25 years, working across hospitality, the civil service, offshore banking and offshore legal industries to grow and develop businesses for commercial success.

At Switch, my role is to drive the business forward. I am responsible for our strategy, business development, building relationships and coaching and inspiring our team.

Acting as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for clients I work really closely with my clients to develop communications strategies focused on relationships, reputation and trust, which drives successful and profitable business development.

Building relationships, listening to and learning from people is where I thrive. I am fascinated by human behaviours and ask a lot of questions so I can learn more about why people believe and behave the way that they do.

I love what I do; I've had the ambition to set up my own business since I was at school. Damon and I met nearly 20 years ago and I was a Switch client throughout that period, until I merged my business and joined Switch as a Co-owner in 2022.

I’m also the founder of Soteria and a partner of Alchemy. All three businesses work closely together in their respective fields for our clients.

The best part of my job is seeing businesses, our clients and our team grow to meet their full potential.

Outside of work? I am a cyber security and International Relations geek. Margaritas, theatre, coffee, books, Italy, music and my huge extended family feature highly.
